Thank you for visiting the site and for shopping with Katharine Lightfoot. Here is a list of details you'll need to know before browsing the site and placing an order.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are debit/credit card or bank transfer or Paypal. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged. Katharine Lightfoot reserves the right to charge a 2% admin fee for credit card payments.

RETURNS

You have 30 days upon receipt of your purchase to apply for a refund. Please email [email protected], explaining why you are requesting the refund, and return the artwork in the condition in which it arrived. The buyer is responsible for organising and covering the full cost of the return shipment. It’s strongly recommend to use a tracked and insured courier service; Katharine Lightfoot does not take responsibility for any returned artworks that are lost or damaged in transit. Katharine Lightfoot will inspect the artwork condition and confirm the refund amount after receiving the returned artworks.
Please note, physical sales made in galleries or exhibitions are final and cannot be returned.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 10 working days for processing orders prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. In the case of bespoke framing, further lead time could be required and will be stated in the product details. All orders are insured. They are tracked, and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.

DUTIES + TAXES

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. Katharine Lightfoot is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

CANCELLATIONS

Every effort will be made to fulfil every order as specified in the terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond the control of Katharine Lightfoot. Katharine Lightfoot reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding the customer for the full amount immediately.
